Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat atta
  2. 1/2 cupbesan
  3. 1/4 cupmethi
  4. 1 tbspachar masala
  5. 1/4 tspHaldi powder
  6. 1/2 tspajwain
  7. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/4 tspdhaniya powder
  9. To tasteSalt
  10. 2 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a bowl take flour, add besan, chopped methi & all the ingredients.

  2. 2

    Add water & knead it. Cover & keep for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Roll them either round or square. Fry in ghee. Serve with butter, curd or pickle
