No-Oil Spinach Chillas

The recipe is more or less identical to my basic chilla recipe(have shared the recipe before), but in this I add spinach puree and replace besan with green gram flour. This adds on to the nutritional value of the dish.
Also, I would advise to use a heavy bottom non-stick pan to avoid using oil.

Spinach with Chickpeas Spinach with Chickpeas
The origins of Spinach with Chickpeas trace back to the Arab tradition in Andalusia. This civilization had a strong preference for vegetables and was the first to bring them to Spain from Persia, where, according to some experts, spinach was first cultivated. The 19th and 20th centuries were crucial for the popularization of this recipe among Spaniards, as experts say it became an essential everyday dish during Lent. Spinach with Chickpeas Spinach with Chickpeas
This weekend, we're continuing our culinary journey! Our eleventh stop: Seville! Aunt Rosita, born in Valladolid but now a true Sevillian at heart (with more flamenco dresses than April Fairs attended), taught us this simple recipe during one of her first visits to this green corner of Spain. I remember one of my first trips to Seville, when we still lived in Cádiz. My godparents came to visit and decided it was a great idea to visit the Andalusian capital in early August. The city was beautiful, with its unique light and the scent of orange blossoms. I was taking photos with my little Kodak camera—though at six years old, for some reason, I only managed to capture everyone’s feet instead of their faces or whole bodies, even though I was always asked if everyone was in the shot. I remember walking through Triana, right by the Guadalquivir River, when both my cousin’s and my shoes started melting into the asphalt from the heat... But back to the recipe: this is a delicious and comforting dish, full of nutrients from the legumes and vegetables, and it’s also perfect for any vegan diet. ArianneTranslated from Cookpad Spain -

Spinach Paneer (No Onion, No Garlic) Spinach Paneer (No Onion, No Garlic)
Spinach paneer is a favorite recipe in my home. I often try different variations, and today I made it a little differently by grilling the spinach instead of frying it. This gives it a great flavor and makes it a bit unique compared to regular spinach paneer. I also made it without using onion or garlic. You should definitely try it once, and if you like my recipe, please share your feedback with me! Mamta ShahuTranslated from Cookpad India -
