Beans is very high in protein, spinach is a vegetable, yam is a carbohydrate... Which gives a good diet
Cooking Instructions

Add water to a pot, heat and add beans when it is almost boiled
- 2
Cook beans for 45 minutes and add yam, pepper,spinach, onion, salt, palm oil, cube seasoning and water.
- 3
Allow to boil and taste if there's need for extra ingredient
- 4
Mash yam when it is cooked and serve.
