  3. 1medium sized finely chopped onion
  4. 1finely chopped green chillies
  5. 1 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  6. 1 tspGreen chilli chopped
  7. 1/2 inchgrated ginger
  8. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  9. 1/2 tspcarrom seeds
  10. 1 tspchat masala
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. dough
  13. 1-1/2 cupwheat flour
  14. 1/4 tspsalt
  15. 2 tspghee
  16. 1/4 tspcarom seed
  17. 1/4 tsponion seed
  18. as neededOil or ghee for greasing

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mixing bowl put all the ingredients of filling mix well.

  2. 2

    Now take another bowl put all ingredients of dough add water slowly - slowlyand knead soft dough keep side for at least 5-7min.

    Now figure decide in 8-10equal part then fill, stuffing in dumplings and roll the paratha put on hot griddle. After 2-3 min turn the side again after few min grease the oil both sides.your paratha is ready. Now make all.
