Ingredients

  1. 1 cupyellow lentils
  2. 1finely chopped tomato
  3. 2green chilliES, center cut
  4. 3 tspcoconut powder
  5. 5-6Garlic cloves
  6. 1onion roughly cut
  7. 1 tspcumin seeds
  8. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  9. 1/2rai /mustard seeds
  10. 1/2 tspasafoetida (Hing)
  11. 2-3dry red chillies
  12. 2 tspdesi ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Wash lentils. Take a cooker put Dal, tomato, green chilli and water. Cover lid. Heat cooker and cook. 2-3 whistles and cool them.

    Take a kdai. Put Dal cook. Take a grinder jaar put onion, garlic, jeera,turmeric powder, coconut powder. Grind. Add little water make paste. Add in Dal. Mixwell.Cook Medium flame.

    Take a pan. Heat ghee put rai, hing jeera, dry red chilli. Make a tadka. Put in Dal.

    Goa style Dal. Ready. Serve with chapati and rice. Your choice.
