Cooking Instructions

Take maida, carom seeds, cumin seeds, kasuri methi, salt, black peppercorns, and oil in a big bowl.

Mix all the ingredients together properly until it turns crumbly.

Now add water gradually and knead it into the tight dough and let it rest for few mins.

Take small portions from the dough and roll it like small thick purees and prick on it with a fork to prevent puffing.

Heat oil in heavy-bottomed pan (kadhai) when oil is medium hot, add rolled materials, deep fry them till golden brown. Cool them and store them in an airtight container, can be stored for 10 to 15 days.
