Ingredients

45 min
3 serving
  1. 1 cupPotato small pieces
  2. 1 cuppumpkin small pieces
  3. 1/2 cupcarrot chopped
  4. 1bell paper
  5. 1 Cupcauliflower
  6. 1/2 cupbeans chopped
  7. 1tomato
  8. (1+1+1) tspJeera + ginger + green chilli paste
  9. 1Bay leaf
  10. 1 tsp panch phoron
  11. as requiredamustard oil according to need
  12. 1 tspghee
  13. As required Coriander leaf for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Take vegies of your choice and cut in small pieces

  2. 2

    Heat the pan..add mustard oil and put panch phoron and bayleaf in oil.

  3. 3

    Add all the vegies and mix with oil..add salt, haldi, and cover it for some time.

    Add jeera ginger and chilli paste mix and again cover with lid.

  5. 5

    After 10 minutes open the lid and check the vegetables..if they cooked well..add ghee to it and turn off the gas.

  6. 6

    Garnish with coriander leaf and serve.
