Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupmoong dal
  2. 1/2 cuprice
  3. 2 cupwater
  4. 2 tspghee
  5. 1 tspchopped garlic
  6. 1dry red chilli
  7. 1 cuponion puree
  8. As Per TasteSalt
  9. 1 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 tspcoriander powder
  11. 1 tspturmeric powder
  12. 1 cuptomato puree

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl and add rice, moong dal in it. now add water and soak for 5-7 mins.

    Heat ghee in a pressure cooker.
    add cumins and add garlic.

    When the garlic turns golden brown now add dry red chili
    add the onion puree and saute and add tomatoes puree.

    Add salt, turmeric powder and red chili powder. mix it well. cook until mushy.add soaked lentils.add water as well.Pressure cook for 4-5 whistles.
    add ghee at time of serving.
    enjoy.
