Cooking Instructions

Boil tomatoes and ginger with 1/1 glass of water and whistle it to 3-4 no
- 2
Boil gaazer, beetroot, and ginger with another half glass of water for 3-4 whistles
- 3
Grind them separately
- 4
In a kadai put oil, zeera, hing, haldi, mirch, and tomato puree
Saute it for 3-4 minutes
Add little water also
Let it cook - 5
Now mix in reddish puree in it and alao crushed kaali mirch
Add 1 full glass of water and boil it for good 5-8 minutes - 6
It should be boiling
Mix in salt and 1 -2 teaspoon sugar to taste - 7
Shorba is ready
Serve it by sprinkling green onions on it and also little ghee or butter

I'm thinking of using it in a curry flavored stew next time.Coat the filets with flour and pan fry until crispy and golden brown. Use the fat that comes out of the meat to cook it. I got the idea of making this soup after someone made a soup from a stew we had the night before whilst I was travelling.I'm using breast meat, but thigh meat is much juicier.
