Tomato gaazer (reddish)(beetroot)ka shorba

Ingredients

1/2 hour
3-4 servings
  1. 250 gmstomatoes,
  2. 1 inch ginger
  3. 2reddish
  4. 1/4th beetroot
  5. 1 inch ginger
  6. 1 teaspoon Crushed kaali mirch
  7. 1/4th haldi
  8. As Requiredlal mirch and hing
  9. 2 tablespoonstil oil
  10. As RequiredChopped green onion for garnishing

    Boil tomatoes and ginger with 1/1 glass of water and whistle it to 3-4 no

  2. 2

    Boil gaazer, beetroot, and ginger with another half glass of water for 3-4 whistles

  3. 3

    Grind them separately

  4. 4

    In a kadai put oil, zeera, hing, haldi, mirch, and tomato puree
    Saute it for 3-4 minutes
    Add little water also
    Let it cook

    Now mix in reddish puree in it and alao crushed kaali mirch
    Add 1 full glass of water and boil it for good 5-8 minutes

    It should be boiling
    Mix in salt and 1 -2 teaspoon sugar to taste

  7. 7

    Shorba is ready
    Serve it by sprinkling green onions on it and also little ghee or butter
