  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 cupMaida flour
  3. 1 bowl chopped coriander
  4. 1 bowl chopped green capsicum
  5. 1 bowl chopped red capsicum
  6. 1 bowl chopped green capsicum
  7. 1 bowl boiled corn
  8. 3 green chillies
  9. 2 tbsp chilli flakes
  10. 1 tbsp jeera powder
  11. 2 tbspmix herbs
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 2 boiled potatoes
  14. 1 bowl mixed sauces(tomato ketchup,pizza sauce,red chilli sauce all mixed together to apply on the base)

    Clean, chopped and prepared the ingredients,take oil in a pan add all the ingredients to it and mix well

    Add boiled potatoes to it,leave it on the flame for 3-4 mins take it out In a bowl,roti tacos filling is now ready

    Now roast the rotis in a nonstick pan (both sides)

  4. 4

    Now spread the mixed sauces on the base then put grated cheese and filling and fold as shown in the pic

    Take a non stick pan add oil and roast both sides

  6. 6

    Roasted

    Left over roti tacos are now ready to be served hot
