An innovative touch being given to the ever famous Dip. In this amazing take on this dish, I have used dry Lima or Butter beans for the same.
Creamy and luscious. It's absolutely refreshing. It's a great try and is flavourful and mouthwatering. It has a smooth velvety texture and tastes equally delicious and delightful. Desirable and unique in every way. One will certainly love it's awesome aroma and taste.
It can be used as a spread on Sandwiches or served warm with Pita and Breadsticks. An eons-old Middle Eastern dip that is loved by many for it's creamy, velvety smooth texture and taste, is easy to be whipped up at home. The trick lies behind the right blending. A constant blitz with Olive oil added little by little without adding all at a time is actually the correct way of doing it. It takes about a good 15 minutes of blitz with an interval of a few seconds after every 4 minutes. Try this beautiful Dip for your families at home and experience for yourselves the lovely taste of it.

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
