Ingredients

25 minutes
For any Chaat
  1. 100 gramsTamarind
  2. 100 gramsJaggery
  3. 1/2 litreWater
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1 tsproasted cumin powder
  6. 1 tspchilli powder
  7. 1 tspBlack salt
  8. 1 tbspsugar

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the tamarind and Jaggery in hot water in a different bowl and leave it for 15 minutes.
    After that smash the tamarind and strain it.
    Same way when Jaggery dissolves in water, sieve it.

    Put the tamarind water on the gas.
    When it starts boiling,Add jaggery water and all the masala in it.

    Boil the mixture till it starts to thicken.
    Switch off the gas and transfer the mixture in a bowl.
    Tamarind Jaggery chutney is ready.
    Use as required..
