Ingredients

  1. 1 cupchopped raw mango
  2. 1 teaspoonturmeric
  3. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  4. 3-4curry leaves
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1red chilli
  7. 1green chilli

Cooking Instructions

    Heat kadi with water add chopped raw mango cook it well.

  2. 2

    After cool down add raw mango and green chilli blend it well.

  3. 3

    According rasam consistency add water and salt bring to boil and turn off.

  4. 4

    Now heat the kadai add oil mustard seeds, red chilli and curry leaves. Transfer it to the rasam. Serve with hot.
