This deliciously creamy gobi masala is a healthy alternative to the traditional kaju laden creamy gobi dishes.Here the badam soaked in milk when grinded to a fine paste gives a creamy texture and a great taste to this lip smacking gravy.
Badam is a rich source of healthy fat and aids in weight loss as well.

Ingredients

  1. 1: Paste
  2. 2 nosOnion chopped
  3. 1 inchGinger piece
  4. 3 to 5 podsGarlic
  5. 1 noGreen chillies
  6. 1 stripCinnamon
  7. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  8. 2 tspDhaniya Powder
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  11. 2: Paste
  12. 5 nosTomatoes
  13. 3: Paste
  14. badam milk Grind Soaked (6 to 8) in
  15. Others:
  16. Kalpasi
  17. Oil
  18. Jeera
  19. Milk
  20. Cauliflower florets cleaned and parboiled
  21. Coriander leaves
  22. Garam masala
  23. Kasuri Methi leaves
  24. to tasteSalt .

Cooking Instructions

    In a kadai,splutter jeera seeds in oil/butter.

    Add  black stone flower or kalpasi.

  3. 3

    Fry Paste 1 and paste 2 in order till raw smell goes.

  4. 4

    Add cauliflower florets and bring to boil.

  5. 5

    Once cooked,add Paste 3 and let it simmer for few more mins.add milk to adjust creamy consistency.

    Add garam masala and sprinkle  coriander leaves and kasuri methi and switch off.
