#CookingWithDates Chutney made with dates is very delicious and also very healthy.
Cooking Instructions

At first wash 8-10 dates well in hot water,take out the seeds & cut them into pieces.

Now take Dried-MangoPulp slits(amsotto) and cut it into small pieces.

Heat oil in a frying pan & temper with a bayleaf and a dried chilli.

Now,pour sliced dates,sliced
dried-mangopulp slits,8-10cashew nuts &10-12 raisins into it. - 5
After stiring for a while add a pinch of salt and a cup of sugar.

1/2tspn Tamarind juice can also be added.

Now add a cup of water & let it boil.

Turn the burner off once the gravy thickens.
