Ingredients

15minutes
2 servings
  1. 8-10dates
  2. 4dried mango-pulp slits
  3. 1bayleaf
  4. 1dried chilli
  5. 8-10cashew nuts
  6. 10-12raisins
  7. 1/2 teaspoontamarind juice
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 cupSugar

Cooking Instructions

    At first wash 8-10 dates well in hot water,take out the seeds & cut them into pieces.

    Now take Dried-MangoPulp slits(amsotto) and cut it into small pieces.

    Heat oil in a frying pan & temper with a bayleaf and a dried chilli.

    Now,pour sliced dates,sliced
    dried-mangopulp slits,8-10cashew nuts &10-12 raisins into it.

    After stiring for a while add a pinch of salt and a cup of sugar.

  6. 6

    1/2tspn Tamarind juice can also be added.

  7. 7

    Now add a cup of water & let it boil.

  8. 8

    Turn the burner off once the gravy thickens.
