Another quick treat off the pav bhaji cart! This delicious pulao is prepared in advance by the vendor, and shares a place on the pav bhaji Tava.
Cooking Instructions

Heat the butter on large Tava, add the cumin seeds and saute on a medium flame till they crackle

Add the chilli garlic paste and onions, mix well and saute on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes

Add capsicum, tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, Pav-Bhaji Masala and 1/4 cup water, mix well and cook on medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes or till the butter separate,

Add the rice, green peas and coriander, toss gently and cook on medium flame for another minute.

Place equal portions of pulao on 4 plates and serve immediately with raita and papad
