Ingredients

  1. bowlBlack udad dal1
  2. Tomato 2 pyaz 1
  3. 1 tsp Lahsun
  4. 1/2tspadarak
  5. 2 tspCapsicum
  6. 2 tspGhee and oil
  7. 1/2tsphaldi
  8. 1 tspcorrionder powder
  9. 1/2 tsp Jeera
  10. salt to taste
  11. 2 tsp fresh green lahsun
  12. 1tspLal mirch powder
  13. 2 tspFresh Coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Soak dal for 20 mini then cookwith salt in pressure cooker and cool it in anthor pan take ghee and oil add jeera tej patta sukhi lal mirch add lahsun garlik paste green mirchi pees add pyas pees then tomato piece stir it add regular masala saute them till oil leave pan add boiled dalmix it add some water as u like dal consistency last add fresh Coriander and green lahsun
