Ingredients

  1. 1 cupWheat Flour
  2. 1 tspsemolina
  3. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  4. 1/4 cupmethi leaves (wash and chopped)
  5. 4 tspoil for moin
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  9. As neededOil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mixing bowl. Add flour, semolina, salt, masala, methi leaves and oil. Mix it well and make not smooth nor stiff dough.m ake equal balls out of dough

    Take a rolling-pin. Roll all the puris.

  3. 3

    Put the pan of oil on medium flame. Deep fry the puris

  4. 4

    Get all puris fried.s served with Hot tea or with any spicy sabji.
