Make any festive occasion very special with this easy to make carrot halwa
Cooking Instructions

Wash the carrots well and cut them in to pieces. Put them in to a food processer or blender and give few turns. Take them out.
- 2
Heat a pressure pan with 3 tea spoons of ghee, Roast the grated carrots for a minute. Pour in the milk. Close the pan and cook up four or five whistles.

Once the steam is released take the lid off and switch on the stove again. Add the sugar and keep stirring.

Add the ghee little by little in between,

When the stuff starts getting thick add the cardamom powder.
- 6
Stir till the moisture is completey absorbed and stuff comes rolling out.
- 7
Switch off and garnish with nuts.
