材料

4-5 servings
  1. red bell pepper (cut into 1/2" wide strips) 2 large
  2. yellow bell pepper (cut into 1/2" wide strips) 2 large
  3. garlic (minced) 2 cloves
  4. crushed red pepper one pinch
  5. fresh Italian parsley (roughly minced) 2 tablespoons
  6. extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons
  7. red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon
  8. kosher salt 1/4 teaspoon or more to taste
  9. freshly ground black pepper 1/8 teaspoon or more to taste
  10. cane sugar 1/2 teaspoon

    Gather all the ingredients.

    Oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic/pepper.

  3. 3

    Cook until fragrant. Add peppers. Cook 2-3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add vinegar/salt/pepper/sugar. Cook until sauce cooks off.

  5. 5

    Turn off the heat and add parsley.

  6. 6

    Toss once more and serve.

コツ・ポイント

A little bit of sugar helps to cut off the edge of the vinegar and balance the flavor.
