材料

  1. cooked rice 500 g
  2. komatsuna (finely chopped) 1 bunch
  3. crab stick (minced) 4 sticks
  4. canola oil 3 tablespoon
  5. fine sea salt one generous pinch + to taste
  6. ground white pepper to taste
  7. garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon
  8. Chinese chicken bouillon powder 2 teaspoons
  9. toasted sesame seeds 2 tablespoon

作り方

    Gather all the ingredients.

    If the leftover rice is cold, nuke it well.

  3. 3

    Oil in a wok over medium high heat.

  4. 4

    Add komatsuna and salt.

  5. 5

    Cook until the veggies wilt and all the liquid is cooked off

  6. 6

    Add crab sticks. Cook until heated through.

  7. 7

    Add warm rice and stir until everything is combined.

  8. 8

    Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and bouillon.

  9. 9

    Stir in sesame seeds. Toss well and Serve!

コツ・ポイント

Add toasted sesame seeds for a nutty flavor.
