Cut chicken into bite size and marine with sake, ginger, salt, and pepper.

Put say sauce, vinegar, and sugar into a pot and heat. Cool down after boiling for 10 seconds. - 3
Make 2 boiled eggs and cut into 2mm dice. - 4
Cut onion into 2mm dice and soak in water. Drain and squeeze well.

Mix boiled eggs, onion, mayo, milk, sugar, salt, pepper and parsley.

Sprinkle maida to chicken, soak in whisked egg. - 7
Deep fry chicken. Soak in the sweet sour sauce right away (before cool down).
