材料

  1. chicken 500 g
  2. sake 1.5 tablespoons
  3. ginger(grated)
  4. salt and pepper
  5. maida
  6. egg
  7. say sauce 3.5 tablespoons
  8. vinegar 4 tablespoons
  9. sugar 4.5 tablespoons
  10. boiled egg 2
  11. onion 1/4
  12. mayo 5 tablespoons
  13. milk 1 tablespoon
  14. sugar 1/4 teaspoon
  15. salt and pepper
  16. dried parsley

作り方

    Cut chicken into bite size and marine with sake, ginger, salt, and pepper.

    Put say sauce, vinegar, and sugar into a pot and heat. Cool down after boiling for 10 seconds.

    Make 2 boiled eggs and cut into 2mm dice.

    Cut onion into 2mm dice and soak in water. Drain and squeeze well.

  5. 5

    Mix boiled eggs, onion, mayo, milk, sugar, salt, pepper and parsley.

    Sprinkle maida to chicken, soak in whisked egg.

  7. 7

    Deep fry chicken. Soak in the sweet sour sauce right away (before cool down).
