Cooking Instructions

    Boil eggs and then peel out the shell

    Heat cooking oil then add chopped onions. Cook until golden.

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes then cover for three minutes. Stir until it forms a paste.

  4. 4

    Add other ingredients as desired. I added capsicum, enough water and then eggs and cook.

  5. 5

    Add coriander and salt to the taste. Simmer for a short while.

  6. 6

    Serve with any carbohydrates desired.
