Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl mix flour, oil, salt and warm water. Mix and knead on a flat surface to form a soft dough. Cover a d let rest for 30min.

    Take the dough and divide it into medium sized balls depending on how light or heavy you want.

  3. 3

    Roll a ball on a flat surface and spread a generous amount of cooking oil then fold it back into a coil. Repeat the process on each ball.

    Heat frying pan and spread a table spoon of oil. Roll the balls into a round shape and fry flipping both sides.

  5. 5

    Serve and enjoy.
