Soft chapatis

We always cook chapati every tuesday, now am sharing my chapati recipes with my cookpad friends enjoy!
Cooking Instructions

Boil water until warm and add salt and sugar stir them together.

Take a bowl and put 600g flour and add 5tblsp cooking oil and small amount of water and start kneading.

As You add water continue kneading the doug until it becomes firm and become abit thicky..

Cover the dough with clingfilm for 10-15min.

Take the dough and put it on a flat surface and take a roller and start rolling until flat..

Take cooking oil and pour on the dough and spread all over it.

Take knife and start cutting a cross the dough and make round balls.

Roll the balls in to flat dough. Heat a pan and put the dough to cook.

When the dough is cooking put cooking oil and turn the othe side do the same and leave it to cook.

Serve hot with beef oe beans.
