Ingredients

  1. Maize floor
  2. Cabbage
  3. 1tablespoonful Cooking oil
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. 1onion
  6. 1tablespoonful salt

Cooking Instructions

    Chop the Cabbage to small pieces (salad size)

  2. 2

    Chop the onions and tomatoes to small pieces for frying.

  3. 3

    Fry the cabbage by first heating the tablespoonful for 2 minutes on the cooking pan.

    Add the onion for browning then add the tomatoes and stir to make a soft paste.

    Add the chopped cabbage to the pan mix to distribute the tomato and onion paste, cover with lid and leave it to cook for 10 minutes.

    When cooked it should be soft and easy to chew then it's ready.

    Prepare water for Ugali. heat the water to boiling.

  8. 8

    Add the maize floor in small portions while stirring to get an almost solid consistency Ugali.

    Leave to heat for about 10 minutes while turning for uniform cooking.

  10. 10

    When the Ugali is ready serve with cooked cabbage while warm and enjoy your meal.
