Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgwheat flour
  2. 1/4 kgbutternut
  3. 1egg
  4. 1/4 cupcoriander
  5. 1/4 cupsugar
  6. 1 tablespoonsalt
  7. 2medium carrots

Cooking Instructions

    Peal both carrots and butternuts then boil until tender

  2. 2

    In bowl add sugar salt and chopped coriander

  3. 3

    In the same bowl add the cooked butternut and carrots

  4. 4

    Add an egg then stir to mix

  5. 5

    Add the flour and water then knead four around 6 minutes.

    Leave it for 30 minutes to soften covered with a nylon paper.

    After 30 minutes divide the dough into 3 portions

    Apply oil on each portions then divide into 5 rounds balls each

  9. 9

    Repeat the same for the rest

    Take each round ball put on a flat surface sprinkled with flour then roll into a circular shape

    Heat pan with oil

  12. 12

    Take each chappati then put in cooking pan

  13. 13

    Fry both sides until golden brown.

  14. 14

    Repeat the same procedure with rest.
