Ndengu with Rice
Dinner today was simple though I had to be careful to make sure it doesn't burn.
Cooking Instructions

Sort the greengrams and wash.

Put to boil for 1 hour 45 minutes until soft.

Then mash the greengrams using a wooden stick

In a clean sufuria cut in the onions. Fry until golden brown
- 5
Add tomatoes and stir. Pound the tomatoes with a with a wooden stick. Then add salt to taste.

Mix and add in the royco powder, tomato paste and some water to create little stew.

Then pour in the green grams

Mix. Pour in more water to create soup.

Allow to cook for a few minutes
- 10
Serve together with boiled rice.
