Ingredients

  1. 500 ggoat
  2. 1 bunchspinach
  3. Salt
  4. Water

Cooking Instructions

    Place your meat in a sufuria, add a pinch of salt add enough water to cover the meat and put it to boil untill tender.

  2. 2

    Clean your spihach whole, add them whole to the meat. Make sure you add when your meat is fully cooked. Cook for 7 minutes and set aside.

    If the stock is too much, sieve and enjoy as soup very good for the bones.

  4. 4

    Serve and enjoy with ugali
