Peel yam and boil for 12minutes.pound very well till is soft.

Add fresh pepper,crayfish and ogiri.onces is boiling

Add the pounded yam paste bits by bits.and leave it to boil till the yam paste disolves.

Asd the utazi leaves,taste for salt and simmer for 39minutes.

I love food lol but my favorite soup of all, is this beautiful palm nut soup. The flavor of the palm nut is indescribable and delicious 😋! The palm tree is just amazing that you can get wine from it and it’s no low class wine either! Palm oil is a must for a lot of Igbo dishes and of course the palm nut soup 🍜 is time consuming but so worth it !

I had Chinese cabbage, salmon, and milk that was approaching its expiration date in my refrigerator, so I made a soup and it was well-received, so I made it into a recipe.I'm kinda lazy, so I like quick and easy!At any rate, I made this very easily.When boiling, the milk tends to bubble over easily, so adjust the heat to keep it from doing so.Many times after I make this I use the left-over soup to make a simple risotto.
