Ingredients

10 minutes prep, 10 minutes to cook

  1. 1 cloveShallot, finely diced
  2. 1 cloveGarlic, finely diced
  3. 100 gfresh Spinach
  4. 50 gBacon, cubed
  5. 100 gLinguine
  6. Parmesan, grated
  7. Olive Oil

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes prep, 10 minutes to cook

    Bring salted water in pot to boil, to cook pasta

  2. 2

    On medium heat, brown bacon

  3. 3

    Once bacon is brown and slightly crispy, add shallots

  4. 4

    Saute' shallots til aromatic, add garlic

  5. 5

    Garlic shouldn't take long to aromatise

  6. 6

    Add pasta. Tip: I like to throw the pasta in a little under-cooked, gradually adding pasta cooking water to the pan as it cooks.

    Throw spinach over, cover pan and let cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat.

  8. 8

    Sprinkle Parmesan and serve!
