Ingredients

Cooking Instructions

    Sort the omena.. I usually remove the head i believe it has sand lol

  2. 2

    Wash in hot water for a minute so that it doesn't get soggy

  3. 3

    Dip in the boiling cooking oil at low heat

  4. 4

    When brown add onions and salt saute for sometime

  5. 5

    Add tomatoes..let it simmer serve with ugali
