Waterleaf and blended Okazi or Afang time!!!

Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 1 kgSliced Waterleaf
  2. 200 gManually Crushed Afang
  3. 1 kgBeef
  4. 100 gGround Crayfish
  5. 3 tspChilli Pepper
  6. Palm oil
  7. Sliced Onions
  8. Seasoning Cubes 3
  9. 3/4 tspSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Season beef and marinate with little onions for 10mins

  2. 2

    Cook for 5mins with little water, don't let water dry up.

  3. 3

    Add oil,crayfish, seasoning and pepper

  4. 4

    Bring to boil, add water leaf

  5. 5

    Stir and cook till it wilts or becomes tender

  6. 6

    Taste to adjust with salt, crayfish or lil seasoning

  7. 7

    Add Afang, stir,cook for a min

  8. 8

    Turn off heat, enjoy with morsel of choice...
