Ingredients

  1. 1 cupBlack chana
  2. 1Onion chopped
  3. 3 tbspOil
  4. 1 tspJeera(cumin seeds)
  5. 1 tbspGreen chilli
  6. 1 tbspGarlic
  7. 1Tomato chopped
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  10. 1 tspCoriander powder
  11. 1 tspGaram masala

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pan heat oil amd add jeera, onion, green chilli and garlic and saute for 2 mins

  2. 2

    Add boiled chana in kadhai

  3. 3

    Now add tomatoes

  4. 4

    Add all the spices and cook on high flame for 2 mins

  5. 5

    Serve hot
