Cooking Instructions

    Cut the veg(cabbege)

    Grate the carrot

    Grind the scotch bonnet

    Slice the onion and lawashi

    Boil the meat with spices and seasoning, when it's done remove the meat and grind then keep the stock...

    In a container add your cous cous and stock stir well,add your cabbege,carrot,grinded meat and scotch bonnet,oil,onion, spring onion,garlic,ginger, stir well and taste it when everything is owk then put it in a steamer and steam...
