Ingredients

  1. 1 cupthink sliced onions
  2. 1/2 cupbesan/gram flour
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1 tspkasuri methi
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. as neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl take the thinly sliced onions.

    Now add besan, salt, red chilli powder, kasuri methi. Mix well. Wait for 10 minutes before you start frying them as onions will leave moisture, so no need to add water.

    In a kadai heat oil, deep fry the Kanda bhajjis on medium flame. Fry till they are crispy and golden brown.

    Once fried remove them on a absorbent paper.

  5. 5

    Serve Kanda bhajji hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
