Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1/2 cuplukewarm water
  3. 1tspn active yeast
  4. 1 cupsugar
  5. 1egg
  6. 1 cupmilk
  7. 1 tbspvanilla flavour
  8. 5 tbspbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve flour and set aside

    In a bowl, put 1/2 cup of lukewarm water add 1 tsp of active yeast then add 1 cup of sugar then 1 egg follow by 1 cup of milk. Stir/whisk then 1 tsp vanilla flavor

    Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix/knead.

    Knead it well and add 3tbsp of melted butter, knead and knead. Allow to rise for 30min

    After rising, press it to release the air then add 2tbsp of melted butter again

    Dust flour and roll it out with a rolling pin

  7. 7

    Allow to rise for 15 min(depending on ur whether). Fry on low heat untill golden brown
