Apply cooking oil, just enough to cover cooking pan

Saute garlic, then Onion, then Ginger

Include Squid, then mix

Just as water rise, apply Soy Sauce, then mix

Apply vinegar, then Brown Sugar. Mix

Cover cooking pan. Wait till water evaps and cooking becomes saucy (about 10 mins)

Apply Spring Onion & Chilli. Mix.
