  1. 1/2 kgSquid (sliced, innards removed)
  2. 1 pcOnion (sliced)
  3. 2 clovesGarlic (chopped)
  4. 1thumb Ginger (stalk slice)
  5. 5 tbspSoy Sauce (Toyo)
  6. 1 tbspVinegar
  7. 1 tbspBrown Sugar
  8. Post-cook:
  9. Spring Onion (Med Stalks)
  10. Chilli

Cooking Instructions

    Apply cooking oil, just enough to cover cooking pan

  2. 2

    Saute garlic, then Onion, then Ginger

  3. 3

    Include Squid, then mix

  4. 4

    Just as water rise, apply Soy Sauce, then mix

  5. 5

    Apply vinegar, then Brown Sugar. Mix

  6. 6

    Cover cooking pan. Wait till water evaps and cooking becomes saucy (about 10 mins)

  7. 7

    Apply Spring Onion & Chilli. Mix.
