  1. 250 grmsFlour
  2. 50 grmsPotato puree
  3. 50 grmsSugar
  4. 1Egg
  5. 1/4 cupButter
  6. 1 tspYeast
  7. 1/2 tspSalt
  8. 85 grmsMilk
  9. For egg wash before baking
  10. 1whole egg

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl,add all ingredients execpt for butter,mix well untill everything in incooperate,then add butter,and mix well too,transfer d dough on to a working place knead for about 8-10 good munites,cover d dough allow to rise for an hour or untill fouble in size.

    After rising punch d dough gently to remove d excess air,divede d dough in to 4 equal size make balls shape add in a greese baking pancover allow to rise for another 1hr

    Egg wash with a beating while egg,bake for 18-20munites.Enjoy.
