I love food lol but my favorite soup of all, is this beautiful palm nut soup. The flavor of the palm nut is indescribable and delicious 😋! Sea Bass Poêlé Balsamic Flavor
I wanted to serve poêlé made with Alfonsino, so I used sea bass to practice. I think the sea bass version is more delicious. This is simple, but the timing for adding salt, wine, lemon, and balsamic vinegar differs, making an elegant dish with layered flavor. The tips are to use fresh cuts of fish and eating it while it's hot. Try using a sweet wine. Recipe by HaradaKiTN

Chicken Nanban with Sushi Vinegar
Sushi vinegar is useful when making sushi but I can't use up a bottle just by using it for that so I decided to try using it in other food. When frying the chicken, be careful not to let the oil get too hot. It needs to cook all the way through without burning the outside! This dish tastes great with heaps of tartar sauce. For 4 servings. Recipe by Shunnkamama

Firm and Tender Potato Gnocchi with Cream Sauce
Which is better for making gnocchi, plain or strong flour? I made it using both. The gnocchi became slightly firmer using strong flour, so I think using strong flour is better. Serve with cream sauce. This recipe makes plenty of gnocchi, so it is better to freeze the excess before cooking. Do not overwork the dough, just mix the ingredients quickly. Cook gnocchi in boiling water for three minutes at most. When you allow gnocchi to cool in iced water, its surface will be smooth. For 2-3 servings. Recipe by nana recipe
