Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgreen moong dal
  2. Small piece of ginger
  3. 2-3green chillies (adjust as per taste)
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 tspgaram masala
  6. 1 tspcoriander powder
  7. Pinchhing
  8. 1 tspjeera powder
  9. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak the dal for 5-6 hrs.

    Add half to the grinder along with chillies and ginger and make a smooth paste.Remove ina bowl.Take remaining half and grind it slightly coarse.Mix it well..Add salt, coriander powder, garam masala,hing, jeera powder and mix well.

    Take an appe pan and grease it with oil and pour little batter in it and cook on medium flame. Once its crisp from bottom flip and cook from other side too.

    Serve hot with chutney of ur choice.Healthy and yummy snack is ready.
