Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1 bowlfresh peas
  2. 200 gmspaneer
  3. 1onion
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. 4-6 podsgarlic
  6. 1piece ginger
  7. 2Green chillies
  8. 2 tbsp kasuri methi
  9. 1 tspcumin seeds
  10. To tastesalt
  11. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  12. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  13. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  14. 1/4 tspcoriander seeds powder
  15. 1/4 tspshahi paneer masala (MDH)
  16. 1/8 tspasafoetida
  17. 2 tbsp cooking oil
  18. 2 bowlswater

Cooking Instructions

    Wash, peel and chop onion. Grate ginger and garlic. Make a puree of tomatoes by grinding. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put grated ginger and garlic. Saute for 2 minutes.

    Add chopped onion, green chilli and tomato puree and cook on low flame till oil leaves the pan. Add all dry masale except shahi paneer masala and stir and cook for another 2 minutes.

    Cut paneer in cubes and clean fresh peas.

    Now add Kasuri methi and mix well. Add paneer cubes and peas and mix well.

    Add water in it and cover the lid and cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Check whether peas are soft.

    No add shahee paneer masala and serve hot with chapatti or rice.
