Apple & Mulberry Cobbler Apple & Mulberry Cobbler
Spreading out pie crust is too much work (I'm just lazy...) so I make this really easy cobbler. It's tastes just as delicious as pie and is a standard dessert for my family.Adjust the amount of flour depending on the amount of juice released from the fruit. If you don't have wheat bran, it's not a problem. Just leave it out.You can also adjust the amount of vegetable oil or butter. This also tastes good if made with canned peaches, just apples, mulberries + blueberries, etc. Recipe by korobei cookpad.japan -
