I made curry-flavored chicken tenders so that my curry-loving 2 years old daughter would eat them up.

Since these chicken tenders are well flavored, you won't need any additional sauces!
Squeeze on some lemon to taste for a refreshing flavor.
These are low in salt, so they're pretty healthy too. Recipe by popotan

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 6Chicken tenders
  2. 1Egg
  3. 1 tbsp☆Curry powder
  4. 1 tbsp☆White cake flour
  5. 1 tbsp☆Grated cheese
  6. 1 tbspSake
  7. 1 cloveGarlic
  8. 3 tbspVegetable oil
  9. 1Lemon and parsley

Cooking Instructions

    Take any sinews off the chicken tenders, and cut into diagonal slices.

    Put the cut up chicken tenders in a plastic bag with the sake and garlic, and massage over the bag to rub in the flavors.

    Add the ☆ seasoning ingredients and rub them in too.

  4. 4

    Take the chicken out of the bag and dip in beaten egg.

  5. 5

    Pan fry in oil in a frying pan on both sides until done.

  6. 6

    Since this recipe doesn't have much salt, if it's not flavored enough for you, try adding more salt and pepper to the seasoning, or serve with some ketchup!
