Sautéed Pork with Balsamic Vinegar and Kiwi Sauce

I made a delicious dessert with lightly heated kiwi and balsamic vinegar so I tried using it as a sauce for sautéed pork.

Kiwi has plenty of vitamins C and E, dietary fiber and calcium. It is said that eating meat or fish with kiwi facilitates digestion due to the protein-breaking enzymes in kiwi. Recipe by Banbi

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 slicePork loin (for sauteing)
  2. 1Green kiwi
  3. 1Golden kiwi
  4. 1 cloveGarlic
  5. 1Baby greens
  6. 1 dashSalt and black pepper
  7. 1 dashless than 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  8. 1 tbspOlive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Remove the fatty part of the pork and season both sides with salt and black pepper. Peel the skin of the kiwis and cut into 12.

    Cut the garlic clove in half and crush with the flat blade of a knife.

  3. 3

    Saute the garlic in the olive oil in a frying pan over low heat. Once the garlic has become fragrant, add the pork and heat over a medium heat.

    Remove the garlic midway when it becomes soft and changes color. Flip the pork over, cover the pan with a lid and continue to fry.

    Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and arrange onto a plate.

    Lightly sauté the kiwi in the same frying pan. Add the balsamic vinegar. Once the kiwi is thoroughly coated, place on top of the pork together with the baby greens.
