Delicious Mizuna Salad with Tofu Dressing

I love salad with mizuna greens, but my sons don't like sour dressing. That's how I came up with this way to eat them without a tartdressing.

I love salad with mizuna greens, but my sons don't like sour dressing. That's how I came up with this way to eat them without a tartdressing.

Cooking Instructions

Cut the chikuwa sticks in half lengthwise, then into thin diagonal slices. Rinse the mizuna greens.

Before cutting the mizuna, hold the greens by the roots and shake to remove excess water.

Combine the tofu dressing ingredients in a bowl, and mix evenly with a whisk.
- 4
Right before serving, toss the mizuna and chikuwa in the tofu dressing from Step 3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, then serve.

Reduce the amount of ginger when serving to children.
