Silken Tofu and Tomatoes with Scallion Dressing

I usually eat tomatoes and salad tofu with Chinese dressing, but this time I decided to try making it with my family's scallion dressing.

  2. 1/2 blockSilken tofu
  3. 1Lettuce
  4. 1Scallion Dressing

    Cut the tomato with a sharp knife.

    Wrap the silken tofu in paper towels, place a weight (such as a plate) on top, and drain well. This time, I used tofu that doesn't require draining.
