Ingredients

30 minutes
  1. Your choice of Corned Beef
  2. 2 handfulsBelgian Fries
  3. 1red onion, sliced
  4. Freshly cracked peppercorns
  5. Rock salt
  6. Cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

In a non-stick pan, heat up some oil.

  2. 2

Cut your Belgian Fries into cubes. Belgian fries are the thicker kind of fries, delicious when crisped up.

  3. 3

Fry or air-fry your cubed fries until crispy or browned on most sides. I used the skillet for this cook and not my AF. I got obsessed with turning each piece making sure at least 3 sides are crispy LOL. Makes for a better hash!

  4. 4

Sprinkle rock salt and crack peppercorns over your pan. When crispy, remove from oil and set aside.

  5. 5

In the same pan, add a bit more oil and sauté the onions.

  6. 6

Drop in the corned beef. Cook until its juice is reduced to a little bit left.

  7. 7

Turn off heat. Add back your crisped fries and toss quickly.

  8. 8

Serve and consume immediately to enjoy the added texture. :)
