Ingredients

  1. Halfmudu beans
  2. 5-6Dry cassava
  3. Small kanwa/potash
  4. 2-3 piecesginger
  5. 1/2 cupkuka/boaba powder
  6. 5 gAjino moto
  7. Garnish
  8. 1small Cabbage
  9. Cucumber
  10. 1Onion
  11. Fried oil
  12. Dry pepper
  13. 2boiled eggs

    Pick your beans and remove all the dirt and stones add your ginger, kanwa and dry cassava

  3. 3

    I suggest you Take to grinders so as not to damage your blender

    Now after grinding add your flour baobab powder and ajino moto then seive

  5. 5

    Now your danwake powder or flour is ready for storage just get an air tight container

  6. 6

    For the danwake
    Put water to boil add 2 cups of danwake flour and 1 cup of water mix to a semi watery dough something like puff puff

    Using your hand scoop little pieces and add to boiling water do not cover pot!

    When cooked remove from pot straining the thick water and add in cold water

  9. 9

    Now remove in water and strain then garnish with onion and cabbage then add fried oil and pepper

  10. 10

    Dont forget to add boiled egg Now enjoy as breakfast or lunch
