    Boil the rice together with the coconut milk and set aside

  2. 2

    Pour the coconut oil into a pan and saute the onions and pepper, once it has softened, you add your veggies and season them to taste and the rosemary and curry

  3. 3

    Once your veggies is softened, gradually add the rice and the eggs and stir fry till it is properly combined with the veggies and continue to stir fry on low heat

  4. 4

    Check your seasoning and adjust it accordingly if there’s a need

  5. 5

    Our signature coconut rice is ready to be served hot!
